Title: Trainer

职位描述：

1、  根据公司政策及上级要求，设计面向消费者/渠道的年度培训方案；

2、  根据市场政策及产品特性、卖点、销售信息等，开发相应培训课程；

3、  针对门店组织实施新产品培训、现场知识测验，确保门店店员完全理解产品特性、卖点、销售信息；

4、  针对门店/验配师开展专场培训会，促成最佳实践的分享与交流，提高销售技巧和品牌偏好度；

5、  协助市场与部门经理，通过参加大型产业峰会等形式影响业内关键人物；

6、  针对公司内部员工进行专业知识及产品知识培训；

7、  针对重点门店/验配师进行定期拜访和现场指导，包括产品信息、销售技巧、客诉处理方法等;

8、  通过建立平台（如微信）等方式，加强与门店/验配师的沟通联系，持续有效地提供专业解决方案；

9、  上级交给的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、  眼视光专业大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；

2、  出色的沟通表达能力；

3、  积极、热情、富有感染力。

Responsibilities

§  Design annual training plan in assigned customers / channel base on company strategy & PA manager’s instruction

§  Co-work with MKT team to design training contents base on MKT shared product feature, FAB, selling message

§  Conduct new product launch group training & on site knowledge test for ECPs in assigned customers / channel to ensure ECPs fully understanding product features, FAB & selling message

§  Organize ECP / optometrists seminar in assigned customers / channel with best practice sharing by KOL, peers & interactive activities to reinforce their practice skill & brand preference

§  Support MKT team & line manager to connect & influence KOLs through participating multiple optical industry summit

§  Conduct products training for sales & back office team base on enquiry

§  Regular visit assigned customers’ key stores to conduct on site coaching including product message, selling tips, consumer complaint handling, etc. for ECPs / optometrists

§  Connect & influence ECPs & optometrists through building up communication platform, like wechat, by continuously offering professional & practical solution

§  Other tasks or projects base on assignment

Qualifications:

§  Bachelor’s degree & major in ophthalmology

§  Medical university & major in ophthalmology graduates also can be considered

§  Ever worked in ophthalmic lens manufactures, eye hospitals or optical retailers is a plus

§  Inspires trust with excellent interpersonal skills

§  Good communication & influence skill

§  Positive, proactive & can do attitude
